Neiley will be in communication throughout the entire process to insure you love your painting. With experience painting hundreds of custom paintings, you can expect the process to be easier than you think.


Paintings are guaranteed completed and available for pickup within 4 weeks of purchase. Much sooner if necessary and the schedule allows. It takes a day or two on average for painting and around a week + for drying (oils only)(acrylics paintings are available for much quicker turn around). We know birthdays and holidays are usually the goal and Neiley will not miss a deadline.
